About Me

I've a decade of consulting and industry research experience in the field of Data and Artificial Intelligence and have delivered high-quality projects around Data Platforms, Enterprise-wide Data Governance, Advanced Analytics and Customer Analytics solutions with strong application-oriented and customer-oriented thinking. In the course of my career, I've also worked in a multitude of industry research projects at a leading automotive manufacturer and also co-founded a preventive healthcare startup based in The Netherlands.

I facilitate clients in becoming a AI driven organization and my core work revolves around defining A.I./ Data Strategy, functioning as an IT - Business liaison, deriving functional, business and technical requirements, and leading the implementation for enterprise-wide digital transformation projects.

Larger enterprises have traditionally struggled with putting a foot on the door when it comes to cutting-edge technology adoption like Artificial Intelligence, BI & Big Data Analytics, which is where I come in.

What I Do

A.I. & Data Strategy

Development of business-driven A.I. Strategies and Roadmaps including identification and consideration of strategic A.I. priorities and quick-wins. Includes greenfield/ brownfield architectures for Data-Driven organization, Data Fabric / Reference Architectures. Support in strategy development to execution, adjustments and controlling.

Data Governance - Strategy to Operationalization

Specification and implementation of enterprise-wide Data Governance principles including the specification of roles & responsibilities, definition of data governance processes, metrics and workflows, and design of data-sharing and access management concepts. Full-stack support from strategy, design to implementation and right up to hand-over and training.

Applied A.I.

Development of A.I., Machine Learning, Data Science use-cases for enterprise from Ideation, PoC to productionalized models. Hands-on experience in crunching client data, identifying patterns, answering business-related questions, communicating analytics results simply and creatively using dynamic interactive dashboards/ light-weight web interfaces.

A.I./ MLOps

Support in large-scale industrialization of AI-based solutions. Setting up the operationalization environment and continuous integration of model adaptations. Advise in vendor-, tool-, and technology selection for setting up infrastructure capabilities around A.I. Architecture.
